History
Established in 1985, the UCD chapter has been dedicated to serving the community and rewarding academic excellence. Community service projects range from helping local organizations like the Denver Rescue Mission, Max Fund Animal Adoption Center, and Warren Village. The UCD chapter has been involved recently in projects focused on the beautification and preservation of Colorado as in the Hayman Burn Area Restoration. Currently, the UCD chapter has over 200 members, including both undergraduate and graduate students, who are in the top 15 percent of their class.
Membership Requirements
The UCD Golden Key chapter requires all joining members to have a GPA of at least 3.5. In the spring semester, juniors and seniors who are in the top 15 percent of their class receive a letter and application to join Golden Key. A membership fee of $70.00 applies and gives a member lifetime membership. If you have any questions, please contact us.
